Shipping policy

Processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 3-4 business days for your order to be processed. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Shipping takes 4-5 days! If inclement weather occurs, please be mindful that the shipping process could potentially take longer. Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, and Fedex. If you need your order shipped sooner, please order through me DIRECTLY for expedited shipping! 

Pick up is available. If the pickup option is chosen, you will have within 48 hours to pick up when your luxuries arrive. I will give you a time when we are able to meet, the location is posted! 

***Items are NOT ON HAND, all items have to be PRE-ORDERED*** All wigs are 150% density! If you prefer a higher density please reach out to us directly for your needs! 200 and 250% density is also offered but only upon request!!!!
